Here are 5 points for us to keep in mind when we talk to customers:

1. We are a health food shop with fresh salads, juices, smoothies groceries and snacks

2. All of our products are sugar-free, preservative-free (minus some of the groceries), clean, healthy food

3. We offer some organic groceries and our lemons are currently organic, but we will not be completely organic for another few months

4. We can’t customize drinks or salads, but we can remove one ingredient or add ginger to a juice

5. Juice is good for you because you get more fruit and vegetables in one serving, you give your digestive system a break, and your body works on absorption of nutrients and vitamins instead of digestion
